About the CorCurriculum

The CorCurriculum is a dynamic, accredited, year-round learning program designed for primary care physicians. Through interactive small-group sessions, participants engage with expert mentors and peers to translate the latest evidence and Canadian Practice Guidelines into practical strategies for secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Building on the foundations of the Annual Excellence in Cardiac Care Conference, the CorCurriculum offers a personalized, longitudinal learning experience that emphasizes real-world application, peer-to-peer collaboration, and improved patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives

During this program, participants will analyze and interpret:

  • Current evidence for measure that improve outcomes patients with established cardiovascular disease
  • How to optimize outcomes patients with established cardiovascular disease in primary care and specialty care environments.
